Executors: managers of staff recruitment, who have psychological degree and an experience.
Guarantees: in case of the candidate termination during 1.5 monthly trial periods, which is fixed in the contract, we operatively substitute the expert at no charge.
Estimated period for substitution -consists 2 weeks.
Our fee: 13 % of the prospective annual income of the expert (1.56 of monthly salaries of the selected expert).

Package "2" (Executive search):

designed for the companies, which are looking for highly qualified professional. Cooperation within the limits of this package of services supposes target research and selection of the qualified candidate on the declared position. A level of positions: top-managers and managers of the mid-level.
Terms of carrying out of the request: 2-3 weeks.
Executors: the head of department of staff selection and diagnostics.
Guarantees: in case of the candidate termination during 2 monthly trial periods, which is fixed in the contract, we substitute the expert during 3 weeks without over payment.
Our fee: 15 % of the prospective annual income of the expert (1.8 monthly salaries of the selected expert).

Package "3" (Headhunting):

is addressed to top-managers and business owners in cases of necessity to find the replacement of key members of the organization and maintain confidentiality of search works till certain time. The company warrants to the customers full confidentiality to the received information. Work is conducted with all the precautions and safety measures to avoid information leakage. Executors: top-managers of the company, who have special preparation and experience. Guarantees: in case of the candidate termination during 2 monthly trial periods, which is fixed in the contract, we substitute the expert during 3-4 weeks without over payment.
Our fee: 18 % of the prospective annual income of the expert (2.16 monthly salaries of the selected expert).
