Coach-advising is the accompaniment in the process of organizational developing and increasing the efficiency of activity.

Couching is the process of advising during which the main attention is directed not simply on deciding the problem of a client, but on developing his potential: general potential and potential in relation to the specific circle of problems. Thus the Client solves the problems by himself and actively moves up on the path of efficiency and success.

The approach of Couching: couching is oriented to people which due to the greater realization and productive use of their potential can obtain more considerable results, both in the format of their professional activity and in the general format of life. A client in the perception of a couch-consultant is a man who aspires to new results, ready to undertake responsibility, and, based on personal resources and business jurisdictions, consciously accepts challenges that stand on the way to personal and professional development facing them creatively and effectively. The couch, accordingly, acts as a partner-consultant in the area of developing the potential and efficiency. In coach-consulting partner relations and high level of trust occur between the consultant and the client.

For whom can coaching be useful?

  • For those, who don’t want to settle for less; who want to count on themselves a bit more ; who doesn’t consider that certain circumstances have decided everything for him;
  • Couching can be very useful to the leaders and top-managers of companies which because of their high status and position are forced to «stay alone» and don’t always get objective feed-back to their actions.

Couch-consulting can also be carried out to develop teams, where a coach-consultant can act as a moderator and assist the search of the optimum concerted group decisions. A special type of coach-consulting is an individual training the feature of which consists in purposeful development and training of jurisdictions and skills.
