The company "Business. Marketing. Technologies" presents a set of master-classes on organizational development of Leonid Bogdanov.

He is a member of the British association of sociodrama and psychodrama; the organizational psychologist (the diploma of the St.-Petersburg state university), business-trainer (the diploma of the St.-Petersburg Institute of the training, the certificated course "Carrying out of training in the organization" in the company "Intelligence", Israel), the organizational consultant (the certificated course "Organizational consultation" in the company "Intelligence", Israel, preparation in the field of coaching (John Uitmor, Marcha Reynolds), professionally working as a trainer-consultant on the organizational development since 1993 for the leading companies in Ukraine and abroad.

The master-classes are intended for those, who would like to learn how to enter confidently into the organization, supplied with tested checked up in business techniques and tools, with deeply realizing own opportunities, limitation and results of influence.

Master-class N2: Carrying out training in the organization. Techniques of the group work.
Master-class N3: Coaching of the top-managers persons and the stuff of the organization. Leadership in the style of coaching.
Master-class N4: Individual style of the expert on organizational development: techniques, tools and approaches.

Format of the Master-classes 

During half a year is supposed to carrying out 4 Master-classes in 4 -days every one each. Each Master-class has own schedule theme, the finished program and unconditional advantage for participants. However, maximum efficiency of the training process is possible at the consecutive growth of the group and the certain Consultant for 4 modules, and also skilled understanding, using of a material in intervals between modules and the next follow-up supervising.
